I was able to try their two toast options: the avocado toast, which remains on the menu, and their new Stracciatella toast. The first one features sourdough bread, avocado, goat cheese, turmeric egg, fermented spicy sauce, and activated almonds. As for the second one, it's made with zero-waste brioche, herbed stracciatella, sun-dried tomato and balsamic spread, marinated peach, yellow tomatoes, turmeric almonds, and pea shoots. A delightful surprise for this toast with herbal notes.

And one thing is for sure, generosity is part of Cadence's strengths! I assure you, you'll leave there feeling well-fed. In short, it's an address to cherish if you want to treat yourself!

APOTEK 57

I was eagerly anticipating being able to have breakfast at this place, and it wasn't until my third visit to this city that I finally got the chance to go there!

What a lovely way to start the day... with a sourdough croissant filled with miso caramel. The combination of the soft croissant and the slightly salty miso caramel was simply divine.

I thoroughly enjoyed this Danish breakfast with sourdough bread, cheese, whipped butter, an egg, and jam. The café's atmosphere, along with its uniquely designed shop, made it a wonderful discovery. It's an address I wholeheartedly recommend, as I truly fell in love with Apotek 57.

APOLLO BAR

Apollo Bar has recently made its way onto my list of favorites. Nestled in a building across from Nyhavn, in a quiet courtyard, this café offers the perfect spot to enjoy a coffee in the autumn, surrounded by the red ivy cascading down the brick walls. This discovery has won me over, and I'm delighted to share it with you.

I had the opportunity to taste their famous banana bread, accompanied by dulce de leche and raw cocoa! A perfect blend to savor with a delicious cappuccino for breakfast.
